Not great Checked in at 8:30 PM and nobody was at the counter. Had to call for service and then wait a while to get checked in. Room was pretty dirty, food on the floor, and hair in the shower.

I was expecting a clean room with proper lighting, but the dim hallways and no frills room is far below what you would expect. It looked like a converted apartment building. I would not stay here again. The AC didn't work in the room and it was basically hot air circulating in the room. We had to wait a few minutes to check in because there seems to be only 1 person working. We tried to check out the next morning at just before 10am and there was no one at the desk. Nasty This was the worst and dirtiest place I have had to attempt to sleep in. My son and I were not able to fall asleep until app 4 in the morning and we decided to check out early. This is because the place was so un hygienic. The bed was filled with leftover food trash. The linen was dirty and soiled, even the ones we requested were no better. At the desk we were told we could request a refund for the unused portion of our reservation. There was no phone number to contact Hotels.com

This is NOT a regular motel. No lobby area. No attendant or front desk. Must dial in to talk to a person to be able to check in. Extremely strong Clorox smell just makes your nose numb. Kitchen area has NO KITCHENWARES. Must pay $40 to buy a small pot. No spoons no forks no dishes nothing! No blankets. Just bed sheet. Tuned on faucet to see yellow water coming out. Absolutely nothing in walking distance. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. You’ve been warned!!!

Place is a dump . Roaches , not clean , loud noisy, it’s an apartment complex with loud residents. Do not stay here . Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Toilet didn’t work .
