Expedia shouldn’t offer properties that have roaches! Absolutely unacceptable. I should be refunded. Roaches all over- I almost slept in my car but the neighborhood looked a little sketchy!

Horrible experience. No working elevator and only room available is on 4th floor. Had to leave and go elsewhere. Don’t know how they expected my 86 year old mother to climb three flights of stairs carrying her suitcase. BEWARE. no working elevator

The room was one step above a homeless shelter. I had a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. I checked in at 5, first check-in was at 3, and I met the housekeeping lady coming out of my room. I had no pillow cases on the pillows and had to get them myself. Broken down cars in the parking lot.

The sheets were not changed and had pet foot prints on them also the shut down early and property was unsafe

when I got there they told me that they have no more rooms available!
