Bottom of the barrel The church is in the amount for the dog to stay and then claiming to be pet friendly extra $26 per night. No one formed us of that so we could’ve made plans. They also charge $100 that we’re not sure we’re gonna be able to get back Seem to be so long

They would not let my husband check in because he was two minutes late for check in time. And the staff was very rude and the front desk clerk was standing outside, smoking a cigarette refusing to assist him. Then, when I called the hotel, they said he was checked in. I was like no ma’am he is not and they were very rude.

Took almost an hour to get in a room because the first room wouldn't open for any key. Floor and counter top are filthy. Stench from the heater drove me out of the room. There is a constant clanging from the hallway or bathroom ductwork, not sure.

Si estás pensando en reservar este hotel no lo recomiendo, aparte de lo feo y sucio el check-in solo lo puede hacer hasta cierto horario y de ahí en fuera cierran el hotel y no hay nadie q te atienda

The room is decent for the price. The manager at the front is rude and always has an attitude. Random workers just show up at your door expecting to be let in to fix the most random problems. NO NOTICE IS EVER GIVEN!!!!!

$100 deposit Never got refund from a previous stay when they did not have a room for me.

Mold all over. AC smelled musty, room was dirty, clumps of dust and dirty tissues under the bed.

STAY AWAY Well, I booked a room And the transaction went through but when I got there because it was 12:15 AM, they said they don’t issue keys past midnight so I couldn’t stay there, but still got charged and lost my discount I will never ever be Booking a room at that slum Rundown drug Haven Hotel
