The property was dirty and had roaches in the room. My initial room was not cleaned prior to checking in. Krista did give me a refund for two of the 7 days of my stay. She also moved me to another room which was slightly cleaner. The floors looked as though they have never been mopped. Other than the cleanliness the rooms were acceptable.

I woke up around 2am to a roach crawling on my face they need to get that problem solved and the hotel would be ok but I will not be checking in to that one anymore

Spend a few more dollars- go elsewhere. The room was dirty, the smell of febreeze was overwhelming, the vending machines were out of order and the bed sucked.

Bottom of the barrel The church is in the amount for the dog to stay and then claiming to be pet friendly extra $26 per night. No one formed us of that so we could’ve made plans. They also charge $100 that we’re not sure we’re gonna be able to get back Seem to be so long

They would not let my husband check in because he was two minutes late for check in time. And the staff was very rude and the front desk clerk was standing outside, smoking a cigarette refusing to assist him. Then, when I called the hotel, they said he was checked in. I was like no ma’am he is not and they were very rude.

Took almost an hour to get in a room because the first room wouldn't open for any key. Floor and counter top are filthy. Stench from the heater drove me out of the room. There is a constant clanging from the hallway or bathroom ductwork, not sure.

Si estás pensando en reservar este hotel no lo recomiendo, aparte de lo feo y sucio el check-in solo lo puede hacer hasta cierto horario y de ahí en fuera cierran el hotel y no hay nadie q te atienda
