Humidity smell and lack of cleanliness

There were spiders in the toilet and the sink had physical dirt around the faucet and the tv didn’t work. I was told by the front desk “I” had to unplug the cables from the back of the tv to reset it, but It never worked.”This is a frequent problem” (I was told) they have. I was told my room was just renovated after the hurricane. It was not renovated, they put lipstick on a pig. Sujo e fedido The hotel was dirty from the entrance to the room. The room had a horrible smell that caused me nausea throughout the night. The floor was dirty and oily, making it slippery. The bed sheets and towels were clean and white, which was the only positive point. To our surprise, there was no hot water. We requested a room change, but there were no other rooms available. Awful, roaches all over the room and the beds. TV , wifi wasn’t working. Bad service.

The property was dirty and had roaches in the room. My initial room was not cleaned prior to checking in. Krista did give me a refund for two of the 7 days of my stay. She also moved me to another room which was slightly cleaner. The floors looked as though they have never been mopped. Other than the cleanliness the rooms were acceptable.

I woke up around 2am to a roach crawling on my face they need to get that problem solved and the hotel would be ok but I will not be checking in to that one anymore
