Turned on the light to walk into my room, saw roaches running everyone and walked right out and found a different hotel. Was completely refunded thankfully.

This location is DIRTY and NOT SAFE. The whole building--entry, halls, elevator, rooms-- smells like cigarette smoke, there are bugs in the rooms--one crawled onto my daughter's leg!, was only given two towels ( no washcloths or hand towels) which were dirty and had hair on them, the bed linens were dirty and had cigarette burns on them. The beds themselves looked like something from Army barracks--mattress on a metal stand. The hotel wasn’t too clean in general not like pictures in expedia. No cofee in room, roaches.

I am lucky enough that I only stayed for one night. What everyone expects in a hotel is cleanliness and this was far from it. The bed seemed like they never changed the sheets from the last guest it was dirty; all of the towels were stained and had hair. I did not feel comfortable even using it made me want to buy new sheets and towels or even rewash it but again it was only one night so I was not planning on spending my stay washing linens. Definitely needs work
