Water sprayed on the ceiling, walls and floors while showering (outside for the shower stall area of course), air conditioner hardly worked and the room had a horrible smell. My friend stayed there in a room a few levels down and had a horrible stay as well.

Esta muy sucio hay cucarachas. Baños tupidos. Servicio de mantenimiento pésimo. En fin es una lástima que dejen caer el buen prestigio de una compañía hotelera exclusiva con Covina en sus habitaciones.

Hotel Hell The hotel was absolutely disgusting! The room was filthy, dirty and totally unacceptable. Children running up and down the hallway, men screaming and yelling and banging on doors in the middle of the night. Men congregating barefoot and shirtless outside the elevator, people, including the night clerk, standing directly outside the front door smoking cigarettes.

For a facility advertised as a suite, it’s very misleading. How can you advertise a kitchenette without having a coffee maker? The air conditioner had to be full of mold or dust. I woke up at 3 am severely congested, it cleared within an hour of leaving. The paint was bubbling in the bathroom from a leak underneath that had obviously been there a while. Horrible estadía. Separe una habitación con 2 camas y me dieron solo una y tuve que dormir con mi hijo de 33 años. Quedé pendiente para una de 2 camas y nunca hubo la oportunidad. Habia cucarachas en la habitación. Tenia que botar la basura. Se oían voces y ruidos de otras habitaciones. Habia perros ladrando todo el tiempo. Fue horrible. No me quedaré en ese lugar ni lo recomiendo
