They were German roaches In the room. Towels were stained and when you went to the front desk at night it was close there was no one that you could complain to

No iron in room (I wore wrinkled clothes to a business meeting), I forgot my toothbrush and could not get a hold of front desk (I had to use my cell phone because the room phone did not work) and no one answered and the VM was full. So, I was unable to properly brush my teeth. My bedding had stains all over it and the pillows were flat from being long term use. I could also smell smoke from someone else smoking coming through the air vents. Big time "no go" in the future. I just wanted to leave the entire night.

Spartan at best - Never Again Spartan hotels have reached a new low with this hotel. The two chairs in the room with pladtic. The blanket on the bed was barely adequate, and the floors were tiled, not carpeted. It felt more like a dorm room. With a small kitchenet, one would have expected a coffee maker and a few coffee cups, but that apparently was too high of an expectation.

Called to let them know I was going to be late and they said my room was held till 7am. When I got there, from the minute the guy checked me in, it was awful. He was in a terrible mood. When I got to the room, someone else was in there. When I went back downstairs, he said they were all booked up and that I got there too late and to leave.

We came in later and no one was there to check us in. We waited for someone to show up and when we finally made to our room It smelled like cigarettes. The front desk was rude so we left. I called the customer service line and was out on hold for another 1/2 hour and then disconnected.

The 1st hotel I stayed with ni hair shampo or hair drayer. $100.00 a night for l8w class 1 star motel.

The property does not have professional and courteous staff and it does not care about their guests. I could not check in and did not stay at the property because there was no one at the front desk for 45 minutes when I went to the property. I should not be charged for this reservation and I should be compensated b y Orbitz for all the trouble and hassle that I have gone thru as a senior citizen.
