Don’t stay here! Not worth the price!! For 95% of the last 3 weeks the key card system has been down. So your options are to leave your door unlocked and ajar for quick re-entry OR go to the front desk during business hours and wait until they have a free moment to escort you to your room to unlock your door OR if you arrive outside the front desk hours you have to dial 500 and go through their phone service, explain the situation, they in turn will contact the overnight clerk who will eventually arrive to escort you to your... read more

A profuse apology is not enough and I know a response in this forum does little to make up for the key card situation but I wanted you to know that you matter and I am so sorry we disappointed you.
Crap Hotel Didn’t have reservations. No keys worked over booked by 30 rooms. Waited hour and half to get a room

I have been there about four weeks and they still had not provided any room service to change out the towels or the bid sheets or vacuum. And then on my last week there the key system or security system went down and we couldn’t get into our rooms so the staff would have to escort us to our rooms just hope you get into them. I changed hotels at the beginning of the fourth week.

Don’t stay...even if all you need is a bed Sheets had to be 20 years old. Clean, but not comfortable. Terrible pillows without pillow cases and I got in at 10:25 and they couldn’t get into the laundry room. And no daily cleaning. One teeny bar of soap, had to use my soap from a better hotel. A $50/night hotel for $113/night. Barking dog didn’t help 2 doors down either.

Hotel was over booked didn't find out until we got there at midnight after a concert and had to drive 30 min to find new hotel.

When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available even though they had my name and information. The only reason we were able to stay is because someone else offered their room to us. Originally we booked a room with 2 double beds, this only had one. We were told we could have as many extra pillows and blankets that we needed, but when we called to the front desk there was no one there because they apparently close down after a certain time which I’ve never heard of at a hotel.
