DONT DO IT!! Thank me later! This was the worst stay I ever had at a hotel. It took forever to get checked in. It was actually a line and the lobby area is too small for that. The room smelled like old cooking grease. The air didn’t work very good and it was 90• outside. We were told we couldn’t get any towels until we return the dirty ones so the so called clean towels had hair all over them. It was after business hours so I had to wash the towels that were supposed to be clean. This will never happen again not at this plac... read more

Not what was advertised The room was small and only had a full size bed. The front desk wouldn't accommodate us with a double bed so we had to go buy an air mattress so that we could sleep. Asked for a refund and they got really ugly with us and basically told us to get lost. I wish they had something worst to rate it other than the red upset face. Never again will I stay here.

Disappointed Deadbolt lock on Room Door Would NOT LOCK Bathtub Stained, NO FRONT DESK PERSONNEL to ask about Changing Room. Front Desk ONLY Available 8:00 Am - 8:00 Pm Note on Wall states in Emergency Dial 911 Any Hotel Issues such as room key DeActivates Go Downstairs Use Guest Phone In Lobby Dial 500 & Leave message if NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR CALL

Customer service was piss poor. Upon checking in the front office clerk had me wait for 10 mins while she finish up on some paperwork?!? Check into my room and it smelled like smoke, mind you this is a non-smoking hotel. I proceeded back to the front desk, the clerk gave me another room. I went to the second room and someone was already in that room?!? I proceeded back to the front desk again and informed the clerk that someone was already in that room.
