This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Please don’t stay here unless you do on the road traveling work as a man. I don’t feel safe because it’s in a bad area, the staff was not presentable (the old lady), I saw a small roach in the hallway, you’re responsible for taking out your own trash, you’re responsible for turning in your dirty towels and checking out new towels with a limit of 2 each per towel type, dogs are allowed to stay, no good feeling of staying, no decor breaks. The only thing I liked was the the price of the room in the bundle, didn't know there was no room service you had to pay an extra fee per day for clean towels bed was not or feel like a queen bed, water pressure was very low and location didn't have a pool.

Got to do better Beds were hard and there were way too many bugs coming in the entrance at night and on window seals and roaches in our rooms. Stay was unpleasant

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I have to. Staff was rude from the beginning was it didn’t bother me at first. Room was Intended for my wife and my two 8 old twin sons while I got our house ready because we just moved to keesler from Alaska (Military). Facility had multiple issues from cleaning to security of the building and the people that constantly occupied right outside the door ,but we looked past it because we aren’t hard people to please until the night that my wife and kids went back to the hotel around ... read more

No stars It was crazy they don't replace towels and for a double room you only get 2 towels then you have to go back downstairs and switch them out and u can only get 2 new ones and it was 3 of us just aggravating...... Customer service close a certain time and they never had new towels plus it was bugs on the wa I would give it zero stars if i could

Not too happy..... No one at the front desk you will need to call the hotel and someone will come up front. The hotel looked nice and renovated but the toilet was old and shaky when you sit on them. There is a fridge, stove, and micro but no iron, no closet. I felt like people lived in this hotel so I didn’t feel safe in the parking lot. Know this is a pet friendly place so lots of people walking dogs in the hallway and outside.
