June went above and beyond to ensure our customer questions were answered and that we could resolve our communication, even 24 hours after our stay!! Exceptional customer service and care! Very rare and very appreciated!!

Quick check in process. June at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms could use some updating but overall a nice, clean hotel.
No ice machine I felt mislead about the free breakfast. I was happy to be on the first floor with my dog. I was shocked that after spending $240 on a hotel room I had no access to ice. I was told I could fill my ice trays in my freezer, but that didn't help me on an overnight stay.

This room was a disappointment. Compared with the previous night about 100 miles away, this room cost the same but was in worse condition. It had a stale cooking smell. The carpet is frayed, the paint chipped in places, the heater wouldn’t work right. The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work so the wall-mounted hair dryer didn’t work. They brought portable hairdryer that worked as long as you held the plug in the outlet.
