Good location for Willowbrook Staff not very knowledgeable, needed extra towels and wouldn't release unless you bring dirty towels then they didn't even have clean towels to give out. Constant smell of marajuana. Room cleaning never happened even after requested. Did not like the fact that hotel wanted copy of DL and Credit Card. Never been asked this for a hotel stay
Dirty room. My hotel room had a big roach and ants on the kitchen counts and restroom. Beds were very hard and room was very dirty.

Resonable rate but thre was some strange smell Resonable rate but thre was some strange smell in room. People are very kind only concern was some smell in the room.
Unexpected Business Travel The hotel is comfortable enough, but they have removed all cooking / dining equipment from the rooms. Now they will provide pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. only upon request. Not a good change.

Stayed for convenience of event Location was within 10 minutes of event...great feature. Check-in was nice and smooth. While it is nice to select what you need for kitchen area, suggest having at least the coffee maker and some cups available. I arrived late and did not pay attention that NOTHING would be in the room without requesting. I checked in at about 2:30 and got a call informing me of the death of my mother and i thought might be comped a return stay. That was never offered, and as you can see by my survey I was very impressed with everything I saw for the 2 hours I was there. I intend to stay again real soon. Thanks
