Convenient, well kept, with great customer service The hotel is in a very convenient area to get to almost anything you need near by & is well kept by the staff there. Also, the staff are all very courteous & friendly & helped me with all of my needs. I would stay here again

I'm satisfied Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions to surrounding amenities. Room was nice, bigger than I expected; full-size fridge was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend it for a simple overnight stay.

It was nice for the price. Everything was great and our stay was more than comfortable. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and it was 5 minutes away from basically anything. Great hotel!

Good location for Willowbrook Staff not very knowledgeable, needed extra towels and wouldn't release unless you bring dirty towels then they didn't even have clean towels to give out. Constant smell of marajuana. Room cleaning never happened even after requested. Did not like the fact that hotel wanted copy of DL and Credit Card. Never been asked this for a hotel stay

Resonable rate but thre was some strange smell Resonable rate but thre was some strange smell in room. People are very kind only concern was some smell in the room.

Dirty room. My hotel room had a big roach and ants on the kitchen counts and restroom. Beds were very hard and room was very dirty.
