The bed was a pull out futon with a thin mattress topper. Absolutely terrible. The staff was very friendly and the only thing about this place that was good. Stove and fridge were dirty and gross even though I was not using them it’s not fun to have that sitting 3ft away from you.

No smoking signs posted everywhere - yet room STANK of smoke. My wife has very bad asthma. Saw guests walking down the halls with cigarettes in hand. I get that the people that manage these places can not be the SMOKE POLICE, but we ended up having pre-paid for this room and having to pay to stay elsewhere because of this issue.

The person working the front desk was away when we checked in and acted like she was doing us a favor when she did show up. No one was at the desk at all to check out shortly after 8 in the morning. Hotel would have been acceptable if it was more reasonably priced. Not impressive

Beds were cots you would see at a refugee center. Like sleeping on a pull out couch. Not a spec of carpet in the whole place. If you like vinyl floors this is for you.

Terrible. At check-in, the woman was extremely rude. She said that the name I gave her wasn’t the name she was told was checking in. The elevator, halls, room was dirty. Floors were dirty. Looked like they had not been swept or mopped in a long time. Sheets and towels looked old and stained. The 3rd floor, where my room was located, had a terrible, foul smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
