The property was horrible stinks like weed they don’t clean the place at all you check out early and won’t refund the remaining nights the Luther guess/employee living there has a gun and felt very unsafe for me and my 14 year old

I believe we spoke and wish I had the opportunity back. You did not elaborate on the firearm and I would have immediately addressed it. We do not allow smoking and address it wherever possible. We clean and clean often. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations.
Disappointing The refrigerator did not work properly did not cool for four days. The staff was informed on the second day of stay and was never looked at.

Worst experience ever Very very dirty! Loud, kids crying In the hall all night. Drunk guy standing at my door. Very scary. I check out the next morning. I canceled the rest of my days and had to search for a different place to stay. The front desk worker would not switch my room.

Don’t stay here. The only thing positive I can say is there was a room available. Unbelievably expensive for how low quality the hotel is. The staff member that checked us is was very friendly, but the hotel closes the front desk early each evening, and nobody was working on Sunday when we needed to check out. Nobody at all. The room wasn’t clean. Floor was sticky with a few dead bugs. The bedding was clean, but bed very uncomfortable. The place was smelly. The oven was not cleaned. It is a Non-smoking room . But there was cigarette burns on the bath tube, and the mattress. The tube also had stuff in it. I had to rinse it out before taking a shower.
