Warning!!! RED FLAGS!!! The first room that was given to me It smelled really bad, like pet and pet hair all over. I went back to the desk reception and she gave me another room. Everything was fine till it was time to sleep. We couldn't sleep due to cockroaches coming out of different areas. I spoke with Kyle, the manager, and he said that when I came in to the room, I ate and used the shower to go to sleep. can't give me a refund for it because "it was used". My first stay in an extended stay hotel and was not ready for what that entailed. Don’t expect daily cleaning of rooms or any extra towels. Also very bad roach infestation. I mean roaches everywhere when we returned to room at night. If you do have to stay here don’t bring any food into room.

The room was filthy tub was black. Grease drips all over kitchen area and 2 roaches in room
