The staff was rude as ever. And when I showed her my reservation that said double bed room she told me “ that room only had one bed. “ And I was traveling with my two sons. I’ll never stay there again.

The room had bugs - roaches crawling around. It smelled like feces. White sheets, were yellow.

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel. From staff leaving the office to serve as auto mechanics in the parking lot to nasty and unpleasant building conditions, there were several reasons as to why I regret it my stay here at the Woodsprings Hotel in Lawrence. I liked nothing about the property. The room was dirty, when I checked in the receptionist was extremely rude.

PASS THIS PLACE UP. ARRIVED AT 9 PM TO CHECK IN. NO FRONT DESK. HAD TO CALL A 500 # TO GET SOMEONE. THEN THEY TRY TO LOCATE SOMEONE IN HOUSE. Horrible! Dirty and smelly. Terrible hotel. No one was available for check in. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana smoke. The bed had stains all over it and there was hair in the bed. Absolutely won’t stay here again!

This place is downright filthy! If I was Orbitz I would be embarrassed to have this property listed on my site. The pictures posted on the website are deceiving. They were obviously taken when the property was first built.
