I wish we had known that the kitchen had NOTHING in it. We were not prepared to go to a hotel with a kitchen that didn't have a single kitchen item. Also, unlike any other hotel I have stayed in there were NO items provided in the bathroom other than a bar of soap. Two towels, two face clothes and that's it. The floors were dirty in the room when we got there. The limited housekeeping was very understated. The hotel did not have a great smell as well.

Opened the room to an "Ozone Generator" on the bed...apparently they rid areas of bad smells. I didn't work. This room had a terrible, chalky, chemical order. The WiFi didn't work and the TV screen was damaged. There was no carpeting (picture showed carpet)! One towel was dirty. The bed was a steel spring (like a cot or hospital bed), and the thin mattress slid whenever I sat down. No one at desk during the night to handle complaints. Stains covered the hallway carpet. This is the worst hotel experience that I have ever hae

1 - If you go after 8:00 pm the reception is close, there is only a phone to call, and after 30 min waiting, they tell you that somebody is going to take your key (10 more minutes). 2 - The room had cockroach!! 3.- The room only has a pice of soup, no shampoo at all. 4- The bed is really bad. 5 -........

Disgusting The hotel was absolutely filthy. The sheets were stained. When I asked for new sheets while we were gone they put a stack on the dirty bed. There was no soap to wash my hands after using the restroom or to shower. The floors were dirty with hair clumps. DON'T STAY HERE!
