My fathers passing It is disappointing finding out that there is a pet charge on top of our $103 coupon for a free room that didnt charge all $103 Which means they were mission forming in mis guiding both with hotels.com and which would Spring suites and on top of that My Room is very dirty So dirty our feet sticking to the floor was not very welcoming or soothing on our last resort of a choice then this also continued with poorly ran or managed hotel service when we asked for a mop to clean our room!! Hello. Thank you for your feedback. I am terribly sorry for your disappointment. We do care; very much in fact. I am so sorry for these unfortunate circumstances. The locks were repaired as soon as the parts arrived the next day. They were broken because a guest had vandalized them. If you would be kind enough to respond with your room number I will immediately have it painted. Horrific Got to the room after i got in town no one to answer check me in and still no refund

The staff was rude as ever. And when I showed her my reservation that said double bed room she told me “ that room only had one bed. “ And I was traveling with my two sons. I’ll never stay there again.

The room had bugs - roaches crawling around. It smelled like feces. White sheets, were yellow.

As I recall, we relocated you to a more satisfactory room that you were satisfied with, provided additional complimentary linen, and adjusted your billing so you could depart earlier then expected without penalty.
