The place was smelly. The oven was not cleaned. It is a Non-smoking room . But there was cigarette burns on the bath tube, and the mattress. The tube also had stuff in it. I had to rinse it out before taking a shower.

The hotel is very dirty, the hallways smell like Weed , the room I checked in was very bad the was tooth paste inn the sink from the previous person that rented the room dried up tooth paste. I tried to check out out the room after being there for only 15 mins and was told I can leave but they can’t take the room out of my name until the next day the police were called and they came tried to help but they said it was a civil matter. You put yourself in a position where we were not able to oblige your request. We had to call the police because you refused to relinquish the personal property of one of our employees until we gave you a refund. The staff are rude, they have no consideration for residents, they hell and curse down the halls all day. I work 3rd shift so I sleep during the day and not once was I able to rest without hearing a housekeeper yellin and cursing about the job on the phone or yelling to another employee down the hall. When you speak they are rude or ask you not to speak to them. God forbid you need anything you have to pay. for your towels to be changed after 8 days you have to pay. To start off customer service was outstanding! Once you enter the lobby you dial 500 and you talk to a customer representative that moment I had opportunity to talk to Damien and he help me so well. Front desk customer service was amazing as well, Montie was super amazing interacting and providing us the right customer service for that night.
