Should have chosen another location... My son and I stayed here as a stop-over between Kansas City and Cleveland. The rate & service was great, as well as the outside of the building. The room itself had many issues. The lights would turn off on their own - then back on - minutes apart. The pull out couch's mattress was awful. The bed itself was very firm. Beautiful secluded, safe property. Stayed 3 nights. Very clean and well maintained room. The staff was as good as it gets. Say a lot about ownership and management. Oh...really good shower heads too! Great experience, thanks!!!

Indianapolis Keystone Crossing Area Budget accommodations in an area of higher price hotels. Should note that cost would be more if housekeeping requested. No frills. Coffee in the lobby. Importantly, the hotel is not visible from the street. Without GPS, especially at night, it is a challenge to locate on the first pass or more.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, lots of parking, close to main roads. Only complaint was that it has no elevators. Our room was on the third floor and we had to drag our heavy suitcases up two sets of stairs. Apparently there are rooms on the ground level, but since we are not handicapped (just old :) we did not think we needed to ask for a ground level room when we signed in.

An older building, but rooms were incredibly clean Aging, unimpressive lobby- but rooms are clean- very clean- and extremely comfortable. It was strange that a place called 'Extended Stay America' didn't provide even the most basic amenities offered by every other hotel in the country- there are no cups, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no pens, no pad of paper. It was really basic. The staff was nice though. You have to get blow dryers from the front desk. it was old. The lobby looks great but the rooms are old.
