My husband and I were in the area to learn more about Indianapolis. We chose this hotel property due to its proximity to the expressway and fine dining and shopping. The hotel staff made our stay great with their kindness and attention to detail.
Booked a room there while traveling, when I showed up to check in they stated no rooms where available. Why book me and charge me a room if there isn’t any rooms available?!?

This hotel fits many of the prior reviews. We reserved a two bed room and upon arrival they didn’t have an available two bed room. After playing Chinese Fire Drill for two hours as staff would stash us in a one bed room and tell us to hold on while they got us the right room, we decided to check out. This hotel appears to be very shady and please be aware that there is likely drug activity and various other illegal happenings. Staff is likely contributing to these things. When we arrived in our room, there were no sheets or towels. We were then put in a waiting room while they found another room for us. We were finally given another, smaller room, that did have sheets. Unfortunately it did not have towels, and when we asked for them, we were given a stack of bath mats instead. Getting settled in our final room took about an hour and with hungry kids, was not pleasant. Very disappointing.
