The gentleman that waited on us was very helpful . We had a problem over the pet fee because we were told at corporate that there was not a fee. The worker and his manager guaranteed that the fee would be removed from our credit card.

Find another hotel! Rooms were dirty and the smell was intolerable. Shower didn’t drain so you are standing in water up to your ankles

I found a roach in the bathroom and my friend’s car was broken into. The room had a funny smell to it and the property itself looked rundown.

Horrible No one at front desk s when we arrived had to wait almost 15 minutes. Got to our room and fridge was not working. Switched to another room, smelled like smoke. No one at front desk again when checking out. No breakfast available. To top it off we found a roach in our suitcase.

Property was nice. Person at desk as soon as we got there received us with telling us they were all booked and there were no rooms available. Manager was supposed to call us and tell us our reservation was cancelled. I informed attendant that I had made reservation a week in advance. He kept saying he didn't think he had any rooms available and if he did it would be dirty because cleaning staff called off. Luckily he kept looking on his computer and came up with a nice clean room.
