NO utiensils or glasses in the room. Roaches in the bathroom and end of hallway. Garbage can was over flowing.

The basics and no more Person at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. Facility was located behind a car dealership, Rooms small, bed was decent, overall it was quiet. Reminded me a little of a college dorm room. Breakfast options were Coffee and a granola bar.

Room was not fully cleaned, trash from last guest was left in the kitchen. Breakfast was minimal grab and go. A lot of footfall noise from above.

Location was convenient. However, there are a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed - (i.e. the door frame seemed to be broken, as it moved with the door's opening/closing). For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but having to reprogram the room key four times in two days was a bit much.

I have stayed here a couple other times and I have had a great experience with the staff. My daughter and I are currently homeless and staying here until we find another place.

Worst experience ever I found roaches in the room. Manager told me I was going to be reimbursed 100% of what I pre-paid but hotels.com made a partial refund only. I’m disgusted with the whole experienced. It lost hours and hours to get reimbursed, talking to people and looking fir an alternate hotel.
