When I walked in the room there were roaches EVERYWHERE!! I had to get a refund and find another hotel.

Let me share my absolute worst nightmare at this Extended Care Hotel in Jackson, Mississippi. I got locked-out of my room for four hours in freezing weather with absolutely no way to get inside. On 15th November 2024, at 6 am in the morning, I left my room to get something from my car. I returned to my room, and could not get inside. Thought was gonna be able to go in room the moment the room was booked did the room at 10 and said couldn’t check in till 3 that night. Never did check in.

There was no one to check us in. We waited for 45 min. Called corporate and they could not get a hold of anyone either.

I didnt like anything the room was infested with crickets the beds were hard the tv didnt have a remote all on all i was very disappointed my kids were afraid to sleep!!!
