When our friends got to the hotel the lobby was locked. I called the hotel and I was told the lobby closed at 11 pm and that our friends could not check in. When I booked the hotel late last night, no where did it say there was a check-in cutoff. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE ROOM. I DON'T CARE IF THE ROOM WAS NONREFUNDABLE. Our friends had to find other arrangements because of this problem

This place was really terrible. The noise level was insane. There were people on the ground "conversing" with people on the third floor. There were vehicles in the parking lot blaring music. My husbands shoes stuck to the floor in the "kitchen" area. It was just very disappointing.

NEVER AGAIN!!! The rooms were disgusting. All of the furniture in the room was either broke or falling apart. The hotel claims to be extra clean with the pandemic and that is an absolute lie!
