The rooms needed to be cleaned and sanitized. Housekeeping wasn’t on property we was told to handle those situations for the day.

The sheets were dirty and room was not comfortable

Stains on the sheets & chairs. Pubes in the towels. Ants all over.

Jackson, MS The cleanliness of this hotel was horrible. We had 5 rooms and each room had issues. The mattress and sheets definitely needed to be replaced as there was blood on them along with having bugs. The air conditioning system needs to be cleaned seriously. There were chicken bones behind the bed and table. The water was left running for 2 hours to try and clear the color of the brown and it still did not clear. Dirty. Water didn’t work in bathroom sink, water running out of the tub faucet all night and wouldn’t turn off. Worst hotel room I ever stayed in.
