The room was not clean, so I had to change it. my dog was getting garbage from under the bed.

Its an outside property and its not up to standards with the Extended Stay name. Manager was great but day one the sheets had dirt stains i had to bring to their attention. The door didnt close tightly as well. Maybe it was a converted Red Roof Inn or something.

Overall cleanliness of room was poor. I switched rooms upon arriving because of smell and cleanliness. The second room was no better. The tub was dirty and had a constant drip. When I cut the water on it came out brown. The power kept going out throughout the night which made the alarm clock make a static sound each time, it took me some time before I found out what the noise was. Issue with pest and insect My stay wasnt the best because fleas or bedbugs was leaving bumps over my body. I didnt realize until my second night after leaving the hotel due to continuous itching and small little bugs crawling on the floor and the headboard. I think if the hotel would call pest control every week to spray for insects or parasites it would be more bugless and comfortable.

Happy 33rd Anniversary (NOT) Worse stay ever, double charged, insulting customer service, forced to stay at place that's uncomfortable because of fraudulent system, guest smoking weed and drinking at bottom of staircase. Bugs , my wife has note marks on back and arms. No rapology, efund or adjustments offered. Hotels.com was no help either.
HOLEY PLACE ROOM WAS OLD AND SMELLY. A HOLE IN THE WALL WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UP. EXPOSING ALL THE PIOES IN THE WALL
