Never again Upon arrival I was told that there were no double rooms available despite having a confirmation number of my reservation. I was eventually placed in a room that could have used a little more cleaning. The front desk called me at 5am requesting my credit card information. This could have been handled at checkout.

I would never ever ever ever book what expedia I rented a room the room was not registered to me I still did not get my money back I reserved a car and I did not receive a car and I still did not receive my money back I would never ever ever and revise anyone never ever to book a flight hotel or car rental do Expedia they left me hanging and I'm still waiting to receive my money

The lobby was closed although I arrived at night, but still during check in time. Nobody was around, and I waited 1h for someone to showed up. I called the hotel number ext 0 and 4 (lobby), but obviously nobody answered. I payed for my reservation, but nobody was there to give me the keys. Another woman was outside too trying to get a hold of someone at the hotel. Horrible service.

Dirty Shower The service was good but the bed was hard& it didn't have enough pillows. The door to the outside had a two inch gap in it, the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I would not stay there again.

Filthy room & loud people screaming late at night The room was disgusting. I was tired after driving 5h and had to get up early in the am so I didn’t have the strength to go fight it and get my money back to go somewhere else. The bedsheets were clean but that’s the only thing that had been taken care of in the room. The comforter had a cigarette hole in it.
