Few staff were helping, most staff were irresponsible and rest rooms are horrible

Worst shower Water in shower wouldn’t turn all the off when done use so it disturbed me from getting any sleep

HATE IT! Just awful! Customer service is awful! I absolutely hated this hotel. I wish I would have taken pictures of the sticks on the mattress. Dog hair everywhere! Just so gross! The only “breakfast” is a muffin and a granola bar. Terrible!

I Was there for 2 minutes. I walked in my new room and the counter was filled with roaches. Small roaches everywhere. I left the room and checked out. Never stayed nor will I recommend this place to a human being. Associate was snappy, a bit irritated yet he helped call other locations for a extra double room.

Infested My room was infested with fleas. When I reported this to the front desk they made me wait until the manager got in to request a refund. The manager did not believe me and was incredibly rude assuming my dog had brought them, even after I explained we had just gone to the vet on Monday and I have a report that says he is free of any parasite.
