Get a pricier hotel Good customer service. Room was disgusting. Tub and sink was still dirty and there was a wet dirty towel still in the bathroom.

UNCLEAN Would not recommend this place. There was bugs in my room, the toilet was clogged, and neither the TV nor the lights in the room worked when I checked in. The wooden furniture was splitting apart. When I asked for a new room in the morning, I was told, "we don't do room switches." I told the front desk attendants what the issues were, and they said maintenance would fix everything but I would have to stay in the same room (which was fine). Surviving Jumangi This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I was in town for Welcome to Rockville. During my stay, I received poor customer service in the handling of insects and reptiles roaming the hotel. I felt like I was living in Jumangi. Upon checking into my room, I found a gecko in my bed. I get it, it’s Florida, but I shouldn’t have to expect a gecko chilling in my bed. Not even coffee to drink in the morning! Room dirty, leftovers from other customers, trash everywhere, no towels in the room, no room service, sofa bed with previous customers bedding clothes... But at the end there was someone nice enough to print out a letter for me. Since they don't even have a computer room. She is too nice to be there she shouldn't be working there around such a racist/ugly people like the manager on duty on may 3-19 morning...

Bad Experience 1) We waited 15 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk. 2) The lady at the front desk had an attitude and barely acknowledged us 3) We finally got checked in, we go to the room and our sheets are dirty. 4) The bathroom wasn't really cleaned they just wiped it down with water. 5) The bathroom light was broke it was very dim. 6) Right next to the bed it smelled like urine. Don’t Do It! Could be my fault but I had no idea what an Extended Stay hotel was but other than that it was not a great experience. The hotel staff at the desk watch me stand there for 10 minutes before he even checked me in. His uniform was dirty and he just seemed to be in a rush. The common areas was not vacuumed and the room was outdated. The bathroom counter was dirty, trash on the floor and found a few hairs in the bed. There stains on the bed covering.
