Never Again! This was probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever experienced, and Izvestia stayed in $3.00 hotels in developing countries. There was food all over the floor on the sticky carpets in the hall, cigarette butts and dog feces in the stairwells, and cigarette ashes and burn marks on the sheets in the non-smoking room. I’m pretty sure my dog was attacked by fleas there, too! I honestly didn’t feel safe in this hotel.
The light wouldn’t turn off, it smelled like a smoking room, there were hairs all over the counter and the sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain.
I was in room 328 and complained about the bed having a odor on it and the housekeeper basically admitted that she changed the sheets for sure but not the spread on top and there were no towels in the bathroom and the tub was filthy I bought my own Clorox bleach cleaner spray to clean the room myself all the hotels was booked so I didn’t have a choice but to stay here... NEVER AGAIN
A men open my door around 3pm. And I call front desk and they only told me "I dont know how eas posible.
Roach in bed. Remote didn't work. Woke up with a roach in the bed. I'll never stay here again.

No towels in room had to go to front desk to get those,bthroom sink an tub were getting stopped up each time i used them,no shampoo or soap was in the restroom.
They called me 2 hrs before checkin time on 9/1 and said, it is overbooked and cancelling the reservation. I asked her to connect Hotel manager. She just told, contact expedia and disconnected call. What is the benefit of booking thru expedia? Then I booked another hotel at Rest area when I'm travelling to Jacksonville. If you need any more info, pls call me at 770-826-8552. Regards, Siva
