Dirty and smokey Checking in service was ok, as soon we got on the elevator I stated I hope the rooms arent this dirty, upon entering our room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that I reported, this is supposed to be a smoke free facility, it clearly IS NOT I was awakened by strong smell of smoke and checked out early due to tightness in my chest.

poctures does no justice I reserved a non smoking room and upon arrival I received a room that reeked of smoke. Since it was late in the night I did not want to deal with switching rooms and just dealt with the smell and tried to get some sleep and leave. I don’t know if it’s me but everytime I take my chance at a Extended Stay America Hotel I always encounter some sort of issues. This will be my last time I use this chain again.

Left Family of 4 traveled into town for soccer tournament. Room was blazing hot upon arrival. We had to discover and then request for extra bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, toilet paper, and a shower curtain! We were very disappointed but made it work

Never again The hotel wasn't that bad, but the clientele was extremely sketchy - saw at least one drug deal go down in the parking lot. Never again.

Dirty Hotel, Bad Service, Loud Rude Guests. BAD!!! This place is very dirty it looks like it hasn't been mopped in months. 3 nights of marijuana smoke in the Halls which blood into my room. I complained after the first night and nothing was done about it. human soil towels that were absolutely disgusting and unusable. Hotel advertised was deceiving I stayed here for a business meeting I came to Jacksonville for. I have never stayed at a hotel that was so opposite of what they advertise on their website. No coffee pot in the room, then there was no coffee ready in the hotel lobby, they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet, it was 7:30 in the morning! There where people arguing loudly when I arrived and the next morning at 5am there was a someone repeatedly locking & unlocking their car which finally woke me up. Wouldn’t Recommend The carpet was disgusting. The room smelt. You could smell the pot lingering in the air once you got on the elevator. I wanted to check out the next morning and get another hotel for our next night, but my husband said we should just stay since we weren’t really gonna be there but to sleep. I normally don’t even do reviews, but I def would not stay here again!
