Not a pleasant stay When I checked in everything was fine. Once we got to the rooms we noticed the fridges were dirty. Old milk and ice in the fridge and freezer. We also had to clean the shower as well as the counter tops and kitchen sink and they were filthy. We also noticed the smell of cigarettes and weed even though it was “nonsmoking”.We asked for more towels and more pillows but kept getting told they didn’t have any so we had to go to Walmart and buy some. Get a pricier hotel Good customer service. Room was disgusting. Tub and sink was still dirty and there was a wet dirty towel still in the bathroom.

UNCLEAN Would not recommend this place. There was bugs in my room, the toilet was clogged, and neither the TV nor the lights in the room worked when I checked in. The wooden furniture was splitting apart. When I asked for a new room in the morning, I was told, "we don't do room switches." I told the front desk attendants what the issues were, and they said maintenance would fix everything but I would have to stay in the same room (which was fine). Surviving Jumangi This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I was in town for Welcome to Rockville. During my stay, I received poor customer service in the handling of insects and reptiles roaming the hotel. I felt like I was living in Jumangi. Upon checking into my room, I found a gecko in my bed. I get it, it’s Florida, but I shouldn’t have to expect a gecko chilling in my bed.
