Big disappointment! First of all, the entire hotel reaped of nicotine and weed. The walls are so then you could hear a newborn baby crying in the next room. The water in the bath tub would not turn completely off in both rooms I rented. Pets was allowed and of course barking all during the night. I had a room with kitchen, but cupboards was bare?? AND NO ICE MACHINE! Needless to say this was my first and last time staying at any Extended Stay.

Grungy!!!!!!!!!!! No lobby bathroom.Staff rude.Dirty room.No toilet paper,soap,shampoo no kleenex.Mirror soiled with toothpaste spit.No blanket no hangers. floor soiled & need vaccum. garbage paper in drawer & under clean towel. 3 rooms were sealed off with plastic covering door.staff would not say why.

Nice pictures but in reality it's a dump The exterior of the building looks pretty decent. But walk inside and I was immediately turned off. The place looks OLD and run down. When I walked in there was nobody at the first desk. It took me waiting for 5 minutes then I finally called the main number and someone walked over to answer the phone and finally saw me. Rude desk staff Desk staff was rude and did not acknowledge me waiting for assistance. Was personally engaging in conversation with another person. When I called in to the desk, she was very rude.

Stay elsewhere The beds are comfortable and the girl at the front desk was nice, thats where the good things end. The kitchen seemed sticky, the fronts of some if the drawers were missing. The bathtub leaked all over the bathroom floor while i was showering. There was no remote and half of the few channels they did get were fuzzy. Iver half of the outkets in the room didnt work and none of the lamp lights worked, only the kitchen entry overhead light. Completely Disgusting Upon arrival the front desk staff was slightly unpleasant, due to the fact that it was late and he wanted to take a break. Then I found that housekeeping was severely slacking once I got to the shower room. Used wash rags were in the shower, a random item of clothing was in the corner of the closet, and molding food was in the microwave. I did not even bother to stay. I went to a totally different hotel for my stay.

There is a reason why I don’t rush to book hotels and doing this one was the biggest mistake of my vacation. But for only paying $67 a night I guess you get what you pay for.
