Not even coffee to drink in the morning! Room dirty, leftovers from other customers, trash everywhere, no towels in the room, no room service, sofa bed with previous customers bedding clothes... But at the end there was someone nice enough to print out a letter for me. Since they don't even have a computer room. She is too nice to be there she shouldn't be working there around such a racist/ugly people like the manager on duty on may 3-19 morning...

Bad Experience 1) We waited 15 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk. 2) The lady at the front desk had an attitude and barely acknowledged us 3) We finally got checked in, we go to the room and our sheets are dirty. 4) The bathroom wasn't really cleaned they just wiped it down with water. 5) The bathroom light was broke it was very dim. 6) Right next to the bed it smelled like urine. Don’t Do It! Could be my fault but I had no idea what an Extended Stay hotel was but other than that it was not a great experience. The hotel staff at the desk watch me stand there for 10 minutes before he even checked me in. His uniform was dirty and he just seemed to be in a rush. The common areas was not vacuumed and the room was outdated. The bathroom counter was dirty, trash on the floor and found a few hairs in the bed. There stains on the bed covering.

Had to kill a cockroach and there were dead bed bugs in a kitchen drawer, also a tooth flossing pick left in the nightstand drawer.

i did not like anything the person in the front counter was rude and very unprofessional beacause the all time we where waiting for her the check us in she did not stop yelling and complaining in a very unprofessional maner about the property coworkers and how much she hated been there

DONT DO IT We got to the room pulled back the covers & it was a dried up blood stain. Friendly desk clerk moved us to another room & the mattress also had blood & urine on it. We left after that. The really need to be inspected because house keeping doesn’t care.
