There Was Bugs In And southside The Tubs . And They Bathroom Was Also Dirty When We Asked DorbAnother Room We Were Told There Wasn’t Any.
Found roaches, leftover food, used washcloths, and urine in toilet when we walked into the room for the first time. Totally unacceptable and disgraceful to walk into a room like that. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Got transferred to another “clean” room and it was actually clean but we found roaches crawling around about an hour later.
Dirty room no service When getting to Room the bathroom and tub was not cleaned as well as the bed sheets wet dirty. I waited at the counter 15 mins before being greeted by anyone at the front desk and I asked if I Can switch room to Second floor and she informed me No vacancies even though I Seen multiple units available
Close to amenities. The room I was assigned to (308) was clean and presentable. The kitchen cabinet door on the bottom was broken and leaning against the area that covered the cabinet. One of the top cabinets was missing a part of their door. If you want housekeeping, you need to pay a fee along with your reservation? Totally not worth booking again.
Unprofessional staff. Rooms were dirty and had an odor.
The rooms seem really outdated. The shower did not drain at all, was like taking a bath. There is no "breakfast". The staff called it a "grab-and-go" breakfast but it was just coffee and nature valley bars and a few muffins. We almost always stay at extended stays since we travel with our pets and they are usually a clean option that allows pets. This one just needs to be remodeled to the standards of the other extended stays I've visited. Staff said they are planning a remodel, so after I would try this hotel again.
I wont stay there again, very dirty. Water in the bath tub would not drain, very noisy, did not wake me up at the time I asked.
