There was hair in my sink and the room was full of fleas. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The common areas are not cleaned or maintained. For the 2-day stay, the hallway was never vacuumed, there were stains (pet friendly facility) in the elevator and wet spots on the floor (a caution sign was placed nearby) as well as trash and debris in the hallway. The room needs minor repairs and maintenance to the ceiling over the shower, lamp shades bent & torn, the carpeting was ripped and stained, the desk chair was torn and stained. Smoke filled non smoking hotel. Simply Awful Our stay was awful. The rooms were supposed to be non smoking yet EVERYTHING smelled of smoke. The sheets, the rooms, the blankets, the couch EVERYTHING. My family is extremely sensitive to smoke and my daughter became severely ill after this stay and unable to breath and enjoy her spring break in Florida. This place was smelly suspicious people in lobby room was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes we left would not stay there

The room had a funky smoke smell, to the point that I could not wear my pajamas the following night.

HORRIBLE!!!! It wreaked of cigarette smoke. 5 minutes after checking in...a couple across from us started arguing. Very loudly. They didn’t stop. We requested to be moved and they moved us to two separate rooms. My two 16 year old daughters were having to sleep in a hotel room by themselves. I didn’t like the thought of this. After checking in I called front desk to request a coffee pot/coffee, front desk clerk asked if I really needed it right then, she said she had no clean ones and really didn't want to go to laundry room to get/clean one as the floor was wet/ flooded and she would get her feet wet told me to just come down in the morning and get coffee from pot by the front desk/door

Don't go I stayed for 25 days for business and was the worst hotel i have ever been, my room was only cleaned once and i asked several times to get it clean but they said they were understaff.. found roaches twice once on the nightstand and again on the kitchen and i never had food or anything, because of work i was busy all day and only got there at the end of the day and never had time to look for another hotel. But I will never go back ever!!!

You get what you pay for I tried to save a little money by booking a less expensive hotel but it was a very bad experience. I don't recommend it unless it's between that and the street. My daughter and I immediately felt unsafe. The hotel halls and rooms had a very bad odor. I had to open the window to air it out. I have no complaint about the service but I also did not have a lot of interaction with them.
