Unprofessional staff. Rooms were dirty and had an odor.

The rooms seem really outdated. The shower did not drain at all, was like taking a bath. There is no "breakfast". The staff called it a "grab-and-go" breakfast but it was just coffee and nature valley bars and a few muffins. We almost always stay at extended stays since we travel with our pets and they are usually a clean option that allows pets. This one just needs to be remodeled to the standards of the other extended stays I've visited. Staff said they are planning a remodel, so after I would try this hotel again.

I wont stay there again, very dirty. Water in the bath tub would not drain, very noisy, did not wake me up at the time I asked.

Big disappointment! First of all, the entire hotel reaped of nicotine and weed. The walls are so then you could hear a newborn baby crying in the next room. The water in the bath tub would not turn completely off in both rooms I rented. Pets was allowed and of course barking all during the night. I had a room with kitchen, but cupboards was bare?? AND NO ICE MACHINE! Needless to say this was my first and last time staying at any Extended Stay.

Did not complete stay due to room conditions. Roaches and stains on sheets.

Grungy!!!!!!!!!!! No lobby bathroom.Staff rude.Dirty room.No toilet paper,soap,shampoo no kleenex.Mirror soiled with toothpaste spit.No blanket no hangers. floor soiled & need vaccum. garbage paper in drawer & under clean towel. 3 rooms were sealed off with plastic covering door.staff would not say why.

Nice pictures but in reality it's a dump The exterior of the building looks pretty decent. But walk inside and I was immediately turned off. The place looks OLD and run down. When I walked in there was nobody at the first desk. It took me waiting for 5 minutes then I finally called the main number and someone walked over to answer the phone and finally saw me.
