Be cautious - not what it seems! This hotel is a complete dump. We would not have stayed if it hadn't been for the hurricane and nothing else was available. In fact, I'm not even sure it is a hotel because there are people living there. No smoking policy yet hallways and elevator smelled of pot. Room was supposed to have a microwave, but there was just a hole in the wall. They finally brought a microwave the second day. NOTHING is included and the listing on hotels.com doesn't mention that. Bad check in experience, customer service was basically non-existent, called # on front desk, clerk came up with one eye closed, hair disheveled and saying: "I'm so tired" I wanted to say: "Why did you take this shift?". Water pressure in the shower was so weak, I heard someone snoring (through the wall) all night from the room next to mine. The website said breakfast included, but there was none, very disappointing experience :( I would give ZERO stars if possible.

It was very convenient located, very close to where I was receiving my training, but the place was not very clean at all!!

Roach infested and the customer service was horrible

The floors were dirty. My feet were black after getting out of shower and walking to the bed. Website says weekly room cleaning but front desk says bi-weekly. No one is ever at front desk to respond to service requests and when you do call, they say they will add the request to the board. 2/3 days later, it is addressed. Also my phone was not operational in my room. So the front desk could not call to tell me when my room would be cleaned. I would not recommend this place to stay.
