Overpriced for what was offered Should have been much better, I realize this was special conditions due to hurricane Irma hitting the area 2 days before, but no dishes or glasses in the room, no pillow cases on most pillows and NO SHOWER CURTAIN?!? We arrived very late at night but these issues should have been addressed by normal housekeeping before giving out the room. Dirty and filthy and did I mention dirty. WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY....Filthy dirty. My room has a urine stain on the mattress I have the picture. The guest pullout had multiple stains took pictures. There was a needle on the floor next to the nightstand. Uhmm lets see we were woken up at 1am because an employee decided to walk in. She said sorry didn't know you were in here. Scared us to death. The air quit working on the last night of my stay and the room appeared old.

Hallways reeked of weed. Trash laying around in the stairs. Room had no towels for us to use for the shower. Open and used soap in the bathtub from last guest, which it's safe to say "housekeeping" didn't even bother cleaning. Bed sheets had burned cigarette holes. Pool had way too much chlorine that ended up discoloring our bathing suits. And their free breakfast is just a lay out of cold coffee and granola bars.

The first room had bugs in the bed and roaches on the bathroom wall. It smelled like hot pee when entered. I was given a 2nd room that cleaner but there were still roaches in the bathroom. I definitely would not be back here and if it hadn't been for the fact that I was vacationing so far from home and my pet could stay I would have left the very first night.

It's was ok if you just need a place to sleep The motel wasn't that great. Could not get any work done because the Wifi did not work, there was lots of noise due to doors slamming. Did not matter which floor you were on you could here doors slamming beside you underneath you and above you all the time. No ice machine anywhere only one coke and snack machine all the way downstairs by the lobby. And a muffin in a package is not what I would consider a breakfast at all

the bed and pillows had a very unpleasant aroma the hotels.com booking did not work at all, they charged me again at the hotel because the credit card hotels.com used to pat the hotel did not work!!!!!! ... and the bed and pillows had a very unpleasant aroma.
