No plan for the room service ,staff is not available

Our room smelled like old Indian food. I love Indian food but didn’t expect my room to have such a strong odor of that food. Also there were no additional wash clothes available for us to use, we were given hand towels instead. Staff could’ve been more professional as well.

The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. I could hear people talking through the walls at 4 am.

Hair in the tub The room smelled, it needed black out curtains to block out the spot lights from the parking lot and there was hair (not mine) in the tub. A true flop house.

Not worth the price Hotel advertised breakfast, was told it was grab and go , which consisted of granola bars and coffee. Hotel was dirty, hallways looked like they were not vacuumed in weeks. There was no bedding for pull out couch in room , had to go back down to lobby. Mattress was stained.

Pillows were not available for the sofa bed. Door to bathroom came off track. Only one person at desk so we had to get each item we were missing. Had to sleep without pillows because they were in the dryer. Over all miserable. Should have slept in car.

With roaches Bad experience. Hotel as roaches . Smelly Broken cabinets

Kitchen sink & bath tub clogs. If you need help, there's never anyone in the front office. Forgot something in the room after check out. Waited 30 minutes before someone showed up in the front office. The bath tub & the sink clogs. The water doesn't get drained down.
