Close to St Vincent's South. Non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Needs deep cleaning and updating. Ice was not available.

How did this hotel get 3 stars? We booked this hotel which happens to be in my hometown. I knew the area was good, and it had three stars. We got there, and there was no one at the front desk, and a note to use the phone to call someone. Understandable, I guess, as it was 11pm, but definetly not a great first impression. The lady behind the front desk set us up with our room and some sheets for the pull out mattress for my step son. She said she was out of blankets but asked if we wanted to use a cover (we said sure). We get... read more

Very disappointing First off I had to wait about 10 for someone to come to the front desk when i arrived. Once she got there she was rude. She had no kind of hospitable attitude. I asked for an extra pillow and was told there were none. As I went upstairs she was delivering one to another room. I got in my room and there were only 3 pillows but we had 4 guest so i called for an extra pillow and she bought one up. So that seems as if she lied. New Years Eve DJ in the lobby was the highlight of the stay! He was very Friendly & offered ice as the hotel had no ice machine. And shampoo only ... no conditioner for hair. Breakfast consisted of granola bars & coffee. Room was rather outdated. Heater cranked heat , thankfully, as it was unusually cold for Florida. Very disappointed... will not book this hotel chain again 👎👎👎

The place was dirty and disgusting and unclean. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. The halls were littered with trash the room was unclean. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Wish I could get a refund...

Made reservation with conformation got nothing Made reservation with conformation code. And they called me from the hotel and told me. That they had given my reserved room to someone else. And I had to go down the street because they had to dishonor my reservation. I have been driving 15 hours. . Very disappointed about this !

Fire that gul I had a reservation for this particular room online...I realized I would be late to my reservation so I called and everyone reassured me that I would have a room when I did make it....well need less to say when I finally got to the room it was around 4 am...I advised when I called that it would be around that time...the young lady that finally came to the door was the most rudest individual that u would never want working at ur establishment ...I mean u gotta be kidding me I know it was 4 am..but dang not only ... read more
