You get what you pay for. Good side: The bed sheets were clean. There was soap and hot water. The AC works and refrigerator works. Breakfast is granola bars, muffins, oatmeal, coffee and tea.There is cable. The general expectations were met. The bad side: The kitchen floor was dirty. The counters and cabinets look old, with markings on them. The room #127 is adjacent to a swinging door that banged all night as people walked through it. (Don’t get that room). We waited in the Lobby for over 20 minutes to be checked in.

The price was nice but the cleanliness of the room and the pool could have been better! Hair, rubber bands, and toys all in the pool and I witnessed at least 3 lizards running around. My room had cockroaches. A roach was in the iron and a roach was crawling on the bathroom floor. There was no towels in the room. We had to wait until late that night before we could get sheets for the sofa bed and towels because they were being washed. My overall stay wasn’t that great but I guess you get what you paid for

Since I was staying for a whole week the price was the driver. Since I was traveling alone some of the issues with the staff and condition of the room was not that big of deal. Everything in the room worked but there were major stains in the carpet and the staff was not up to the customer service that I was experiencing in the Jacksonville area.

More like an efficiency apartment and very comfort Nice facility to be able to prepare and have meals in the room. I wish I had a TV line-up of the channels.

Meh Front desk was friendly. Bed & pillows were awful, as well as pull out bed. No breakfast the following morning as they had nothing except coffee. When I asked if everything was already taken she said "no we didn't have any". Bery frustrating when traveling with children. Room was clean and pool was nice. Halls were dirty and every trash can was overfill and had trash all around on ground... the ones outside doors and inside!

There was kids running around and knocking on doors. Also the staff did not do anything when I called nor did they call me back to ask if the knocking stopped. I hated it over all !
