Nice stay The hotel was clean, the pool area needs some attention. The desk clerk was okay. The walls could have been made thicker. I heard alot of doors closing and opening at night. However everything worked in our queen studio. Would stay at again but pick the 2nd floor.

When we arrived they told us "someone" had cancelled our reservation the day before and only room available was smaller with one bed instead of two. Had a twin sized hideabed. No linens for it. Had to go to desk and get linens and they only had one pillow left. We had 3 adults and one child in party.

Terrible front desk staff but love their rooms It was an alright stay. Although the staff at the front desk are pretty rude, don’t seem to ever really wanna help the guests out none, & shows very little interest about their guests in general.
