Room review Air worked great, I like it cold. Room looked nice, you could see a few things with a little rust on [shower curtin bar and refrig sink side.] The tile floor needed to be moped better. This is not the first time at this brand hotel. Do the white sock [white washcloth test, scuff floor with washcloth under your shoe] Overall I have used extended stay 2-3x a year for past 10 yrs and keep going back. Cant beat the price.

We liked how Quiet the area was and how nice the customer service was. What we did not like was that the hallways and the bedroom had an smell to it and couldn’t find out what it was. We would stay again if needed.

Pull out bed extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. I had to give my kids the bed and I slept on the pull out couch. Hot water didn't work in our room and they has no rooms available to switch us

Disappointing We complained about the shower and the toilet. They said they were going to get the maintenance man to come fix it. He didn’t. We ask for another room and we didn’t get that either. Will never stay there again.

Nice area rooms were good but entrance and main lobby had a lingering bad odor
