The experience is what you make it For starters I’ve had two very rude receptionist with unprofessional attitudes check me in. I can over look just about anything but those two ladies got under my skin with their attitudes. They’re under staffed so house keeping don’t clean well, the carpet in my room has red stains in the carpet as well as a few other stains. The hallways smell like dog. The elevator walls are never cleaned. Over all experience is ok, but it could be better.

Disorganized It was okay we booked a 1 room double beds we got there they didn’t have double beds so we had to get 2 separate rooms which we dislike. Seems like they always disorganized. Rooms okay i didn’t really sleep well. But I guess it was okay for 1 night. Oh and I heard a dog too not sure if pets are permitted in there.

Icky Sticky floors and counters..ugh. Got there around 7pm, Checked in and went to the room. First thing, I walked in and felt the Sticky floor. Looked over and noticed all tables and counter tops also had a sticky coating. Grabbed a wash cloth and cleaned. No kitchen supplies, not one glass or cup. Why stay at a hotel with a kitchenette if no utensils? Too tired to complain. Didn't expected much for the price. But I did except a clean room.

You get what you pay for. Good side: The bed sheets were clean. There was soap and hot water. The AC works and refrigerator works. Breakfast is granola bars, muffins, oatmeal, coffee and tea.There is cable. The general expectations were met. The bad side: The kitchen floor was dirty. The counters and cabinets look old, with markings on them. The room #127 is adjacent to a swinging door that banged all night as people walked through it. (Don’t get that room). We waited in the Lobby for over 20 minutes to be checked in.

The price was nice but the cleanliness of the room and the pool could have been better! Hair, rubber bands, and toys all in the pool and I witnessed at least 3 lizards running around. My room had cockroaches. A roach was in the iron and a roach was crawling on the bathroom floor. There was no towels in the room. We had to wait until late that night before we could get sheets for the sofa bed and towels because they were being washed. My overall stay wasn’t that great but I guess you get what you paid for
