YUCK, BED BUGS! This was the worst hotel EVER! We had bed bugs and they bit my 6 month old son.

One of the worst hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. No maintenance and the room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but filled with cigarette smoke.

Gross We walked into the lobby and immediately alarms in my hwad went of. Starting with the door ways being black with dirt. The lobby was stinky and filthy. The check in counter was greasy with crumbs strewn about. After we waited 15 + mins for someone to check us in, we left and called hotels.com. They cancelled our reservation and gave us a refund. I should have read the reviews prior to booking. If the rooms were anything like the lobby, we dodged a bullet big time. Please read the reviews before booking a room here!

Check in was fine. I arrived later in the evening after traveling all day. The room initially looked ok. I pulled back the sheets to make sure they were clean. I found hair and dirt on the sheets so I stripped the bed and asked the front desk for new clean sheets. I changed the bed sheets and pillow cases. No vent fan in the bathroom, so the bathroom was drenched when I was done showering. No wonder I found mold In the tub and the shower door was warped and not closing properly. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, staff was not friendly they were very rude and forget about try to call front desk they never answer.

Frustrated Gold Member We were checked into a room with a broken fridge that was obviously discussed earlier with the staff only to be upgraded to a new room and had to spend the whole night without heat. Then we are awaken at 930 am with the notice our card was being charged and we need to check our reservation.
