It was during a cold snap in Florida. The heating / ac system was on when we arrived set at 90 degrees and blowing on high fan. The air was still cool. The room was warmer than the outside at 30 degrees but we were freezing all night. Also, if you don't want to offer breakfast please don't say you do and have mini muffins and coffee. That isn't breakfast.

Good location. Shower was hot. Good standard for extended stay type accomodation. Kitchen is unfurnished, so bring your own knives and plates. Quiet

There were bugs Mostly ants in the kitchen bathroom area. Corridors needed cleaning. Debris all over the premises. Maybe it was a bad week.

Comfortable This stay is for my brother, his room was 170, the only problem he had with this room was the microwave. He said it would’ve been fixed within 3 days but nothing happened. He’s such a lazy turd and didn’t even ask for a new room. This room had a hole in the bathroom door. Overall he liked the place, the bed is nice and the AC is good. He goes to the lobby for dishes to heat up water.

Decent :) Original room was 269, the #200 building have a lot of smokers :/, went into my room and it smelt like cigarettes for a good 10 minutes. I don’t know if the previous renters were smokers or it’s because the neighbors smoked near by. Place should really develope a smoking area in the parking lot AWAY from the non smoking buildings/rooms. There were some red stains on the bathroom sink, as well on the carpet in our next hotel room 214. I was confused about the breakfast to go :/
