They were going to charge $25 for early registration of 15 mins. We killed a roach in the bath. Other than these issues all was well.

It was good overall. Loved the two ladies that checked us in; very sweet and very welcoming. Management sucked though. Great workers horrible bosses.

Despite the bad reviews, we had a good stay. We have stayed in Extended Stay America before, in NC. My husband actually stayed there for 3 months while working out of town, and I would come visit every weekend. The place was always clean with no problems. Therefore, I trusted to stay with them again, in FL this time. However, I had a few people tell me that the FL location was actually in bad shape and got bad reviews.
