Despite the bad reviews, we had a good stay. We have stayed in Extended Stay America before, in NC. My husband actually stayed there for 3 months while working out of town, and I would come visit every weekend. The place was always clean with no problems. Therefore, I trusted to stay with them again, in FL this time. However, I had a few people tell me that the FL location was actually in bad shape and got bad reviews. Okay if you stay for a few days I stayed for a few days, in between when I was supposed to meet for graduate school and when I flew in. the hotel was okay, when I checked in I was told that the room ceiling was being sprayed with some kind of varnish so it would smell like paying for about an hour, wasn't really an issue after that was smell. Returned Guest Miss Brittany exceeded all my hight expectations. The amenities and room Superbly showcased a litany of value. The location is second to none-The Stm John's Town center. Try it one time and you will do it again, I did.

Dirty, toenails on the floor, bathroom had roaches, hair in the sink, stains on the sheets.
