Very noisy, not well located for my interests, uncomfortable bed, no breakfast provided, no restaurants close by, only convenient for those with business at the university.

I have tones of photos of the nasty unsafe things ive ran into at this property. From dirty sheets to loose cabinets. Nasty walls to filthy floors

I hate to give a low rating being that ive stayed at this location traveling for work many times. It was too noisy until after 1am with slamming doors and loud talking in hallway as well as outside. Also more people hanging around building making me feel unsafe.

Strong odor of marijuana. Noisy room was sparse, e.g. no waste basket, very thin towel (one), front desk person never present. Plus was low cost, but I will never stay there again.
