I had a reservation and when I try to check in they told me they were full had no rooms available why would they do that we you have a reservation terrible customer service

Noone came to the front desk for hours.

The smell was horrible

Roach infestation and a lot of commotion going on in the back parking lot.

Use of drugs and smoking in hallway. Dirty. Bug infested . Untrained staff. No towels and toiletries. No room check and no room cleaning. I had to check out a day earky for health reasons.

Horrible service Got there and even though we had made a reservation they did not have a room for us. They still charged me for a room!!! Do not recommend staying here
