There is never any staff to answer question or the phone had to wait 47 mins just for the attendant to come to the desk to check me in. Then they did not give by identification card back until I was finally able to get ahold of an attendant until the next day.

Did not smell good at all and all kinds of bugs in the room. Cigarette burns everywhere. Great location, but horrible experience. Staff was very nice.

Dirty Room with bugs! The hotel was very dirty and it looked like no one had cleaned under the bed and chairs in weeks! The bathroom was dirty and had stuff staining the walls. Also the rooms had many bugs!!!

Worst $150 a night hotel I have ever stayed in The rooms and hallways are linoleum tile. We were on the second floor and you could hear every single foot step in the entire building. Whoever was above us on the third floor was walking all night long and even sounded like dragging furniture. Our sheets were wrinkled and I questioned whether or not they had even been changed. Not recommended! When we arrived, police were at entrance investigating what appeared to be a shooting. Hotel is more than a 20 minute walk to arrowhead stadium, so we ended up having to drive to stadium and paying $40 for parking. Room is very sparsely decorated and only double bed, not a comfortable bed. Hotel was not clean. Towels and comforter on bed were stained. Saw a guest that appeared to be on meth and smelled what I think was either pot or vaping smoke in hallway. Will not stay again and do not recommend

MUST LOVE CATS Just stayed at this hotel as a convenience to access the Chiefs stadium. Location was great to the stadium. Upon check in, front desk gentleman was available after I called the number and then he answered from another area and then came to front desk. Upon checkout (8am on Sunday) the front desk window was drawn and closed. I had some complaints for the front desk but no one was there.
