The hotel literally put us in a room that not only had bed bugs but roaches everywhere. Not very happy at all!

Call the Health Department ROACHES EVERYWHERE The stay was horrible. There are pictures available for everyone to view the filthy hotel. There were roaches everywhere. The hotel staff was unavailable to take guest complaints. Pam was available to deny everything.

Incredibly friendly staff. Very low class clientele. Bugs. This is one of those places that people live in full time.

Horrible Place Not so good. First, check in took around 15-20 min. Staff blame it on a slow computer. I got to my room., just to find a young couple in their underwear. I called the front desk immediately. The lady apologized. I got a couple of hours of sleep. I decided to get back on the road earlier. At check out, the staff was hanging out outside. Horrible stay Almost witnessed a stabbing in the parking lot. Smoke alarms going off at all hours of the night. Had to call the front desk 3x to get them to turn off the alarm. I was also charged twice. I will be disputing all charges with my bank. This was beyond unsatisfactory

This place is very nasty infected with cockroaches from the bathroom to the sink to the bed to the fridge.. The mattress was also infested it smelled so bad I got sick started throwing up I ask for a refund they would not give me the corporate number.. just nasty the worst hotel I’ve ever been too.. I asked for a blanket they told me I was only allowed one. I also have pictures and videos of the roaches I had to throw away all of my food just nasty.

My son has been waiting over an hour to check in, then gets a key and it doesn’t work. So he’s back to square 1, still not in his room and he was told he had to put a100$ deposit down. This was not listed in the reservation
